Αὐρήλιος Διος βουλευτὴς ἔναρχος πρύτανις καὶ Μάξιμος καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυνχιτῶν πόλεως Σιλβανῷ γραμματεῖ ὁ διασημότατος μάγιστρος τῆς πριουάτης Νεράτιος Ἀπολλωνίδης προσέταξεν ιτο τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Μαξιμίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ ἐτησίως ἐπιβληθέντος τῷ νομῷ ξυλοσαγγάθου κεντηναρίων χιλίων τὴν συνάθροισιν καὶ κατακομιδὴν ποιεῖ σθαι προχωροῦντος εἰς ἱερᾶς μονήτης. διὸ ἐδηλώσαμεν καὶ σοὶ ὅπως ἐγγράφως δηλώσῃς ἡμῖν τοὺς ὑπευθύνους τῇ εἰσφορᾷ τοῦ ἐπιβληθέντος τῷ νομῷ ξυλοσαγγάθου κεντηναρίων χιλίωνχειλίων ? μετὰ τὰ εἰσφερ ἀπὸ τῆς πόλεως
