ρκ παρὰ Θέωνος Θέωνος τοῦ Θέωνος μητρὸς Διογενοῦτος Διονυσίου ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα περὶ ἐπικρίσεως τῶνπρν προσβαινόν των εἰς τοὺς ἐκ τοῦ γυμνασίου εἴ εἰσι τοῦ γένους τού του ἐτάγη ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Ἱππέων Παρεμβολῆς ὁ υἱός μου Παυσῖρις μητρὸς Θαήσιος Διδύμου γεγονὼς τρεισκαιδεκαετὴς τῷ διελθόντι ια ἔτει Αντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. ὅθεν παρα γενόμενος πρὸς τὴν τούτου ἐπίκρισιν δηλῶ κατὰ τὴν γενομένην τῷ ε ἔτει θεοῦ Οὐεσπασιανοῦ ὑπὸ Σουτωρίου Σωσιβίου στρατηγήσαντος καὶ Νικάνδρου γενομένου βασιλικοῦ γραμματέως καὶ ὧν ἄλλων καθήκει ἐπίκρισιν ἐπικεκρίσθαι τὸν πάππον μου Θέωνα Ἀμμωνίου ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Παμμένους Παραδείσου ἀκολούθως αἷς ἐπήνεγκεν ἀποδείξεσι ὡς ὁ πάππος αὐτοῦ Θέων Ἀμμωνίου ἐστὶν ἐν τῇ τοῦ λδ ἔτους θεοῦ Καίσαρος γραφῇ καὶ τὸν πατέρα μου Θέωνα προσ βάντα ἐπικεκρίσθαι τῷ ια ἔτει Δομιτιανοῦ ἐπὶ ταῖς προκειμέναις ἀποδείξεσι ἀμφόδου τοῦ αὐτοῦ, ἐμὲ δὲ προσβάντα γεγονέναι ἐν ταῖς τοῦ γυμνασίου γραφαῖς ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου τοῦ αὐτοῦ Παμμένους Παραδείσου καὶ τὸν τῆς μητρὸς τοῦ υἱοῦ μου πρόπαππον
