Αὐρηλία Ἀπία Ἀμμωνίου μητρὸς Θαήσιος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως χωρὶς κυρίου χρηματίζουσα κατὰ τὰ Ῥωμαίων ἔθη τέκνων δικαίῳ Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀμόι Θέωνος μητρὸς Ἀμμωνίλλης ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἔχειν σου κατὰ παραθήκην ἀκίνδυνον παντὸς κινδύνου καὶ ἀνυπόλογον παντὸς ὑπολόγου ἀργυρίου Σεβαστῶν νομίσματος τάλαντα ἑκατὸν δέκα , ὃπερ ἐπάναγκές σοι ἀποκαταστήσω
