ἐκδόσιμονἐγδόσιμον παρὰ Πλουτίωνος Πλουτίωνος τοῦ Πλουτίωνος μητρὸς Ταψόιτος ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ὑπὸ Μαικίου Λαίτου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἡγεμόνος ἀπογράφομαι πρὸς τὴν τοῦ διελθόντος ι ἔτους Καισάρων τῶν κυρίων Σεουήρου καὶ Ἀντωνίνου καὶ Γέτα Καίσαρος κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν τὸτη ὑπάρχον μοι ἐπὶ ἀμ φόδου Βορρᾶ Κρηπῖδος τέταρτον μέρος οἰκίας καὶ αἰθρίου καὶ τῶν ταύτης χρηστηρίων, εἰς ἃ ἀπογράφομαι· αὐτὸς ἐγὼ ὁ Πλουτίων ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ἐτῶν μη, Διόσκορος δοῦλός μου ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ἐτῶν η. γυναῖκες Ταψόις ἡ καὶ Εὐδαιμονὶς θυγάτηρ μου συνοικοῦσα τῷ ἀνδρὶ Ἀπολλω νίῳ ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ὡς ἐτῶν κ, Γαιανὴ ὁμογνησία αὐτῆς ἀδελφὴ ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ὡς ἐτῶν ιε, Ἀφροδείτη ἐπικεκλημένη Ἰσιδώρα ἀγοραστὴ δούλη τῆς θυγατρός μου Ταψόιτος τῆς καὶ Εὐδαιμονίδος γένει Ὀασεῖτις συνοῦσα τῇ δεσποίνῃ ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ὡς ἐτῶν ιγ, Ταέρως δούλη μου καὶ τῶν ἀδελφῶν μου καὶ ἄλλων ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ὡς ἐτῶν λε, Ταειπίμαχος ἑτέρα δούλη μου καὶ τῶν ἀδελφῶν καὶ ἄλλων ἐκ δούλης Ταέρωτος ἄτεχνος ἄσημος ὡς ἐτῶν θ. καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστῶν καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπ τιμίου Γέτα Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ
