ρε Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῷ τῷ καὶ Γεροντίῳ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ τοῦ κοινοῦ τῶν τεκτόνων τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως, διʼ ἐμοῦ Αὐρηλίου Εἰρηναίου Ἀπελλῆτος μηνιάρχου. ἐπε στάλην ὑπὸ τῆς σῆς ἐμμελείας ἐκ βιβλιδίων ἐπιδοθέντων ὑπὸ Αὐρηλίου Παλίσους λογογράφουλοογράφου τοῦ εὐτυχῶς ἐπι σκευαζομένου θερμῶν δημοσίου βαλανείουβαλανίου, ὥστε περσίαν μίαν οὖσαν ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ πόλει ἐπιδεῖνἐφιδῖν καὶ ἐγγράφως προσφωνῆσαι τὴν ταύτης διάθεσιν. ὅθεν ἐπεῖδονἐφῖδον τὴν περσίανπερσείαν ἄκαρπον οὖσαν πολλῶν ἐτῶν διόλου ξηρανθεῖσανξηραντῖσαν καὶ μὴ δύνασθαι ἐντεῦθεν καρποὺς ἀποδιδόναι· ὅπερ προσφωνῶ. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας Καικινίου Σαβίνου καὶ Οὐεττίου Ῥουφίνου τῶν λαμπροτάτων, Μεχεὶρ λ.
