εἴ τι ἀποστέλλειςἀποστέλλις ἀπὸ σου καὶ μὴ οἱ δύο καὶ Θων εἰς ἕνα τόπον· ὁ ἀπερχόμενος ἀπαιτείτωἀπετίτω τὸν παλαιὸνπαλεὸν οἶνον πρωτοτύπως. καὶ πολλάκις σοισυἔγραψα περὶ τῆς ἀπαιτήσεωςἀπετήσεως τῆς ἐχθέσεως, εἰ προεχώρησεν ἢ οὐ· ἀληθῶς τὰ ἐνέχυρα αἴρεταιἔρεται διὰ τὸ λίνον, ἐ ὰν μὴ ἐν τῇ σήμερον ἢ αὔριον πληρω θῇ· οἱ γὰρ λινόυφοι ἐξελαύνονται. καὶ περὶ τῆς ΚωνσταντινοπόλεωςΚωσταντινοπόλεως οὔτε τοὺς κωμάρ χας ἀπέστειλαςἀπέστιλας οὔτε χρυσόν. γίγνωσκε ὅτι ὁ ἐργάτης αλη ἑτοιμάσατοἑτυμάσατο ἑαυτόν· καὶ ὅ τε π αὐτοῦ καὶ οἱ μέλ λοντες χειρογραφεῖνχιρογραφῖν μετʼ αὐτοῦ ἀνελθάτω σαν μετʼ αὐτοῦ καὶ τοῦ καταστάτου. ἀπαί τησον τοὺς ἀπὸ τεμου διμοίρουδιμύρου μέρους εἰς τὸ Πηλούσιον μ τοῦ χρυσοῦ τοῦ ἑνὸς ἐκ δηναρίων μυριάδων Βσν . καὶ περὶ τῆς ἐνβολῆς τοῦ σίτου πολλὰ γάρ μοι ἐποίησενἐπείησεν ὁ σπεκουλάτωρ καὶ περὶ τοῦ ναύλου τοῦ σίτου, ἵνα λάβω τὸ ἐνέχυρον, καὶ περὶ τῆς ἀποχῆς τοῦ σίτου πλοίου Πτο λεμίνου ἀπόστειλονἀπόστιλον, ἵνα λημματισθῇ· καὶ πολ λάκις σοι γὰρ ἔγραψα περὶ τούτου, καὶ οὐδὲ προσεποιήθηςπροσεποιείθης. τὰ εἴδη τῆς καθόλου οὔτε ἀπέστειλαςἀπέστιλας οὔτε ἔγραψας· ἀλλὰ σπούδασον ἀποστεῖλαιαποστιλε τὴν ἀποχὴν τοῦ λίνου καὶ μὴ ἀμελήσῃς. καὶ πολλάκις σοι ἔγραψα περὶ ἔγραψά σοι πολλάκις περὶ τῆς τῶν Κωμασίου δηναρίων μυριάδος α εὺς ἔσχεν τὴν ἀποχὴν παρέσχεν τὸ ἀργύριον καὶ υρς ὑβριζομένου ἀνεδέξα το ? : σπούδασον οὖν ἀποστεῖλαιἀποστῖλε αελω μυριάδας α σθοῦ τοῦ καταστάτου καὶ τ προπομποῦ ἐκτάκτως μηδὲ τὴν ἀπαίτησινἀπέτησιν.
