ὑπατείας τῶν λαμπροτάτων Θὼθ ιζ Αὐρήλιος ἀπὸ κώμης τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου νομοῦ, νῦν δὲ καταγινομένου ἐν ὄρει καλουμένῳ Φαθὼρ τοῦ Ἡρακλεοπολίτου νομοῦ Αὐρηλίῳ Εβωι ου μοναχῷ τοῦτω αὐτοῦαὐτῶ ὄρουςὀρι Φαθὼρ χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ πεπρακέναι καὶ παρακεχωρηκέναι σοι κατὰ τήνδε τὴν ἔγγραφον ἀσφάλειαν ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν διηνεκῶς ἐπὶἐπεὶ τὸν ἀεὶ καὶ ἅπαντα χρόνον τὴν ὑπάρχουσάν μοι καὶ ἐλθοῦσαν εἰς ἐμὲ ἀπὸ δικαίου κληρονομίας Διοσκόρου πρεσβυ τέρου ἐξ ἀπηλιώτου τοῦ μεγάλου ποταμοῦ ἐν τῷ αὐτῷ ὄρειὄρι Φαθὼρ οἰκίαν ἐργαστήριον ἤτοιἤτε κέλλαν ἔχουσαν κέλλας τε ἄλλας δύο ἀνεῳγμέναςἀνυγμένας ἐπὶ τὸν βορρᾶν καὶ μικρὸν λινυφικὸν ἐργαστήριον, ἐν ᾧ πεσσὸςπησσὸς καὶ μικρὸν κοιτωνάριονκυτωνάριον ἐπὶἐπεὶ τοῦ δώματος καὶ καν καὶ καλύβηνκελύβην νούβεως σὺν θησαυρῷθησαυροῦ καὶ κλεισὶκλειδες καὶ χρηστηρίοιςχρηστηρίων πᾶσιπαντων βκου τῆς πρὸς ἀλλήλους συμπεφωνημένης τιμῆς ἧς γείτονεςγίτονεςCross-references (3)
