Καλλίνεικος Ἠλίᾳ πλεῖσταπλῖστα χαίρεινχέρειν. πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομαιεὐχομεν σεσαι ὁλοκληρεῖνὁλοκληρῖν μετὰμαιτὰ τῶν τέ κνωντέκνον σου. πᾶν ποίησονποίησων μνημόνευεμνημώνευε τὴν τῶν φίλωνφίλον καὶ συνμυστῶν. καὶ μὴ ὡςὁς ἀμύητοςἀμύητως ἔπεμ ψά σοι τὴν πρώτηνπρότην ἐπιστο λήνἐπιστωλήν, καὶ νυνὶ ἡ δευτέρα ἐστὶ ν αὕτη. πᾶν οὖν ποιήσῃς περὶ τῶν δύο κεραμίωνκεραμια ἐλαίου· δύο γὰρ ἔπεμψάς μοι, καὶ τὸντων μισθὸνμισθὼν τοῦ ἐλαιουργοῦ ειπων λαβεν καὶ τὸτω ναῦλον τοῦ κτήν ουςκτήνος. λάμβανελαβαναι λογαρίδιονλογαριδιν κε φιτεια. οἶδας ὅτι πέρυσιπερσοι μὴ χριάζων οὐκοὐχ εἶπόνἶπών σοι, ἀλλὰ ἐφέτουςἐφαίτους Λεονίδου ὄντοςὤντος ἐνἰς ΒαβυλῶνιΒαβυλοναν καὶ οὕτωςοὕτος χρῄζω. μὴ οὖν ἀφήσῃς μεμαι ἐν ταύτῃ θλίψειθλίψη· καὶ γὰρ αἱἑ φιλίαιφιλείαι τοιαῦται φαίνονταιφαίνωνται. δὸς Ἠλιᾶτι παρὰ Καλλινείκου.
