ση αδρ ε Δείωι τῶι καὶ Ἀπολλωνίωι καὶ Ἡρώδηι τῶι καὶ Διογένει βιβλιοφύλαξι ἐγ κτήσεων Ἀρσινοείτου παρὰ Τααρμιύσεως τοῦ Ὀρσενούφεως τοῦ ατου τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Τε πτύνεως τῆς Πολέμωνος μερίδος· κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ἀπογράφομαι τὰ ὑπάρχοντά μοι εἰς τὴν ἐνεστῶσαν ἡμέραν περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν κώμην οἰκίαν δίστεγον καὶ αὐλὴν καὶ ἕτερον μέρος οἰκίας. ἐὰν δέ τι περὶ αὐτῶν οἰ κονομῶ, ἐπενέγκω τὰς περὶ αὐ τῶν οἰκονομίας. Εὔδιος σεσημείωμαι.
