Ἀπολλωνίωι στρατηγῶι καὶ Ἀρτέμονι βασιλικῶι γραμματεῖ ἈρσινοίτουἈρσινοείτου Πολέμωνος μερίδος καὶ Διδύμωι κωμογραμματεῖ κώμης Τεπτύνεως καὶ Ἡρώδηι καὶ Πασίωνι λαογράφοις τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης παρὰ Διδύμου τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ καὶ Λουρίου κατοίκου τῶν ἐκ τοῦ ἀριθμοῦ τῶν Ϛυοε ἀναγρα φομένου ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Μοήρεως. ὑπάρχει ἐμοί τε καὶ τῶι ὁμοπατρίωι καὶ ὁμομητρίωι μου ἀδελφῶι εν Ἀπίωνι ἐν κώμηι Τεπτύνει κοινῶς ἐξ ἴσου δίμοιρον μέρος οἰκοπέδων ἐν τρισὶ σφραγῖσισφραγεῖσι ἐν αἷς καμάραι καὶ ἕτερα χρηστήρια καὶ ἕτερον μέρος ἄλλης οἰκίας ἐν ἄλλῃ σφραγῖδισφραγεῖδι καὶ δίμοιρον μέρος ψιλῶνψειλῶν τόπων ἐν ἑτέρᾳ σφραγῖδισφραγεῖδι ἐν οἷς οὐδεὶςνῦν εἰς ἀπογράφεται ἃ καὶ ἀπογραφόμεθα εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος ζ ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Νέρουα Τραιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Δακικοῦ κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφήν. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι.
