ἔτους πέμπτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνείνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς μηνὸς Ἁδριανοῦ κβ ἐν Ἀπιάδι τῆς Θεμίστου μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοείτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογεῖ Μᾶρκος Ἰούλιος Ἀπολινάριος ἀπολύσιμος ἀπὸ στρα τείας ὡς ἐτῶν πεντήκοντα ὀκτὼ οὐλὴ ὀφρύ ιὀφρυει ἀριστερᾷ Σειμαρίωι Σωκράτους ὡς ἐτῶν κε ἀσήμωι πεπρακέναι αὐτῷ τὸν ὁμο λογοῦντα τὸν ὑπάρχοντα αὐτῶι ὄνον πρωτόβολονπρωτόβωλον τοῦτον τοιοῦ τον ἀναπόριφον καὶ ἀπέχειν τὸν ὁμολογοῦντα τὴν συμπεφωνη μένην τιμὴντειμὴν ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς τριακοσίας τεσσαράκοντα παρα χρῆμα διὰ χειρὸς καὶ βεβαιώσει ὁ ὁμο λογῶν πάσῃ βεβαιώσει. ὑπογραφεὺς τοῦ ὁμολογοῦντος Γάιος Πετρώνιος Φίρμος ὡς ἐτῶν λδ σιμὸς οὐλὴλ σιμοσ ὀφθαλμῶι δεξιῶι. Μᾶρκος Ἰούλιος Ἀπολινάριος πέπρακα τὸν ὄν ον καὶ ἀπέχω τὴν τιμὴν ἀργυρίου δρα χμὰς τριακοσίας τεσσαράκοντα καὶ βε βαιώσω καθὼς πρόκιται. Γάιος Πετρώνι ος Φίρμος ἔγραψα καὶ ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ ἀγρα μμάτουἀγραμου. ἀναγέγραπται διὰ γραφείου Φιλοπάτορος Ἀπιάδος. πρᾶσις ὄνου.
