μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαουίων Εὐσεβίου καὶ Ὑπατίου τῶν λαμπροτάτων. Γαίῳ Ἰουλίῳ Λευκαδίῳ μαλανου πρυτανεύσαντι γυμνασιαρχήσαντι βουλευτῇ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διὰ Νεικήτου προνοητοῦ Αὐρήλιος Πεκῦσις Παπνουθίου ἀπὸ ἐποικίου σου Πανκύλεως Ἀπατοῦ χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ὀφείλεινὀφίλιν σοι καὶ ἔχειν παρʼ ἐμαυτῷἐμαυτοῦ ὑπὲρ γινομένου φόρου ἧς γεωργήσω γῆς τῆς τρίτης ἰνδικτίονος σίτου καθαροῦ ἀρτάβας δύο ἥμισυ ὅνπερ πυρὸν νέον καθαρὸν ἄδολον κεκοσ κινευμένον μέτρῳ δεκάτῳ τῆς οὐσίας ἐπάναγκες ἀποδώσω σοι τῷ Ἐπεὶφ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους λϛ ε αλεκ πάσης σοι τῆς πράξεως παρά τε ἐμοῦ παρά τε ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων μοι πάντων· κύριον τὸ χειρόγραφονχιρόγραφον ἁπλοῦν γραφὲν καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Πεκῦσις Παπνουθίου ὀφείλωὀφίλω καὶ ἔχω παρʼ ἐμαυτῷ ὑπὲρ τοῦ φόρου σίτου ἀρτάβας δύο ἥμισυ καὶ ἀποδώσω ὡς πρόκειται.
