ὁμολογοῦμεν ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαιμεμισθωθαι παρὰ σοῦ ἐφʼ ὃνο ἐὰν διακατέχομεν χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας ἥτις ἐστὶν Μεσορὴ τεσσερασκαιδεκάτητεσσαρασκαιδεκάτη τῆς παρούσης τρίτης ἰνδικτίονος τὸ ὑπάρχον σοι δίμοιρον μέροςμερον ἀπὸ ὁλοκλήρου μαυλιστηρίου οἵας ἐστὶν διαθέσεως μετὰ παντὸς αὐτοῦ τοῦ δικαίου καὶ τοῦ φρέατος καὶ πάσης τῆς αὐτοῦ περιβολῆς τε καὶ περιοχῆς διακειμένου ἐν ταύτῃ τῇ Ἑρμουπολιτῶν Αὐρηλίου Ψακᾶ Κολλούθου.
