Αὐρήλιος Ἰακὼβ υἱὸς Ἄπα Δίου ναύτης ἀπὸ Συήνης Φλαυΐῳ Παθερμουθίῳ υἱῷ Μηνᾶ στρατιώτῃσυη ἀριθμοῦ Φιλῶν ναύτῃναυτης ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Συήνης χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἐγὼ ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐγγυᾶσθαι καὶ ἀναδεδέχθαι τὸν Ψανο καὶ Σανμοου ὥστεὥσδε παρασκευάσαιπαρασκευσαι εἰς δίαιταν τῷ εὐδοκιμωτάτῳ Μάρκῳ τῷ λογιωτάτῳ δικαστῇδικαστην ὥστεὥσδε ἀκροᾶσθαιἀγροᾶσθαι καὶ στέρξαι καὶ ἐμμεῖναι τοῖςτα ὁρισθησομένοιςὁρισθησομενα εἰ δὲ μὴ στέρξειανστερξαι καὶ ἐμμείνειανἐμμειναι τοῖςτα κριτηρίοιςκριτηρια ἐφʼ ᾧ ἐμὲ τὸντου ἐγγυητὴνἐγγυητου παρασχεῖν ὑπὲρ παραβασίας χρυσοῦ νομίσματα τρίατρεία ζυγῷ Συήνης κατὰ πρᾶγμα πρᾶγμα καὶ εἰς σὴνὴν ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαι τὴν παροῦσαν ἐγγυητικὴν ἀσφάλειαν μεθʼ ὑπογραφῆς τοῦ ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ ὑπογράφοντος καὶ τῶν ἑξῆς μαρτυρούντων καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶςπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησαὁμολογ. Φλαύιος Πραιπόσιτος υἱὸς Θεοδόρου στρατιώτης ἀριθμοῦ Συήνης μαρτυρῶ. διʼ ἐμοῦ Δίου Παπνουθίου ἐγράφη. ἐγράφη μηνὶ Μεσορὴ κγ ἰνδικτίονος ε. ἐγγυητικὴ ἀσφάλεια γεναμένη Ἰακὼβ υἱὸς Ἄπα Δίου ναύτης ἀπὸ Συήνης.
