Κλαύδιος Μουνατιανὸς σιτολόγωι Ὤφεως τόπων χαίρειν. διάστειλον ἃς ἔχεις μου θέματος πυροῦἀπὸ γενήματος τοῦ διελθόντος ϛ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ Κυρίου Διδύμῳ Πτολεμαίου τοῦ Πτολεμαίου μητρὸς Πρείμαςοσπρειων ὀσπρέων ἀρτάβας τριακοσίας ὀγδοήκον τα τρεῖς ἥμισυ χοίνικας τρεῖς γίνονται ἀρτάβαι τπγ 𐅵 χοίνικες γ. ἔτους ζ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Θὼθ λ λ.
