πρὸς χειρικὴν ἀμπελουργικὴν ἐργασίαν καὶ πᾶσαν ἐπιμέλειαν καὶ καλαμοστασίαν καὶ καλλιεργίαν καὶ περίσκαψιν πέμπτον κατʼ ἔτος ἀμέμπτως καὶ ἀκαταφρονήτως ἐφʼ ᾧ σὲ μὲν τὸν γεοῦχον λαβεῖν τὸ ἥμισυ μέρος παντὸς τοῦ γενησομένου οἴνου καὶ τοῦ καρποῦ τῶν παντοίων φυτῶν καὶ φοινίκων καὶ ἐμὲ μετὰ τοῦ γεωργοῦ δέξασθαι τὸ ἄλλο ἥμισυ μέρος ἀνθʼ ὧν ποιούμεθα καμάτων· παρέξω δὲ κατʼ ἔτος λόγῳ συνηθείας χοιράδα μίαν τιμῆς κερατίων τριῶν καὶ τυρία ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα αγα ἐν καιρῷ τῶν τρυγῶν καὶ οἴνου παλαιοῦ μεγάλα ἀγγεῖα δύο . ἡ παροῦσα μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Μηνᾶ υἱὸς ϩοοπ ὁ προκείμενοςπρκείμενος μεμίσθωμαι ὡς πρόκειται Αὐρήλιος υἱὸς Ἰωάννου ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος Αὐρήλιος υἱὸς Ἰωάννου ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσει ἀκούσας παρὰ τῶν θεμένων Αὐρήλιος Κολλοῦθος νοτάριος υἱὸς Πέτρου ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇδε τῇ παρούσῃ μισθωτικῇ ὁμολογίᾳ καὶ ὑπέγραψα δὲ ἀκούσας παρὰ Μηνᾶ ἀμπελουργοῦ τοῦ καὶ θεμένου διʼ ἐμοῦ Πέτρου σὺν θεῷ συμβολαιογράφου ἐγράφη
