Ἡρώδης Ἡρώδου φοινικῶνος ἐν Βουβάστῳ ἀρούρας ε καὶ οἰκίδιον Ἡρακλείδης Ἡρακλ οἰκίαν καταπεπτκαταπαιπτωκυῖανωκυῖαν καὶ θηρατικὸν τόπον ἐν κώμῃ Πτολεμαίδος Δρυμοῦ ἀναγραφομένους Ἥρων νεώτερος Ἥρωνος Θεαδελφείας δημοσίας γῆς ἀρούρας Διονυσοδωριανῆς οὐσίας ἀρούρας Ἡρακλείδης Ἥρωνος Ἀλεξάνδρου Νήσου Ἥρων Ἥρωνος ἀπὸ Ἥρων Ἥρωνος ἐν Βουβάστῳ καὶ Νίλου πόλει Ἡρακλῆς Ἡρακλήους διʼ ἐπιστάλματος Ἀπολλω ἐξ ὀνόματος Χαιρήμονος καὶ Ταπάσιτος, τοῦ τῆς αὐτῆς ἀδελφοῦ Ἰουλιανοῦ τε τελευτηκότος ἐπὶ κληρονόμῳ αὐτῇ καὶ ὁπότʼ ἐρεῖ τοῖς πρατῆρσι τὰ ἄλλα Ταπάσιτι πρατέα αὐτοῖς ἐστὶ πρωτοπρα ξίας οὔσης τῷ δημοσίῳ.
