Ἱέραξ στρατηγὸς Ὀξυρυγχείτου διὰ Περικλέους βασιλικοῦ γραμματέως διαδεχομένου καὶ τὰ κατὰ τὴν στρατηγίαν γραμματεῖ πόλεως· βιβλιδίωνβιβλειδίων δοθέντων μοι ὑπὸ Ἡρᾶτος Σαραπίωνος τὸ ἴσον σοι ἐπιστέλλεται διὰ Ἀπολλωνίου ὑπηρέτου ὅπως τῷ ἰδίῳ κινδύ νῳ τοῦ δηλουμένου ἀφήλικος ἐπίτροπον ἀναδῷς, μάλιστα μὲν τῶν πρὸς γένους, εἰ δὲ μή, εἶ εν τῶν ἔξωθεν, πρὸς τὸ μηδὲν τῶν τῷ ἀφήλικι διαφερόντων παραπο λέσθαι. σεσημείωμαι. ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Μεσορὴ ιϛ.
