ατρεσακαθη Φατραιοῦς πορς ατραιοῦς Ἁρσιήσιος καὶ ἄλλ ὧν τὰ ὑπάρχοντα οἰκίαι ε γ συνπεπτωκυῖαι ἐν κώμῃ Θμουα ιου συνπεπτω καὶ ἀλλ η ιγ οἰκίας μέρος ἕκτον ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ οὔσης ἀπηλιώτου καὶ λιβὸς οιοι ἐφάνη ἀοίκητος. οἰκι ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ κοινῶς πρὸς ακαθη ἄλλ ο αν διὰ ψιλῶν τόπων ἐφάνη ἀοίκητος Ἀμμωνίου Ἡρακλείδου ἐξ ἴσου τῶι Φιλπρ οἰκι ἐν κώμῃ Μουω Χάνηι γινομένη οἰκι Ἀνε ἐφάνη ἀοίκητος Παχομρεᾶ Παῶτος καὶ Φατραιοῦς Ἰναρζμίθιος ἐξ ἴσου πρὸς Ὀφείλλαι ἐν κώμῃ Μούχει μέρη γ ἀπὸ δ οἰκίας κας συνπεπτωκυίας γινομένης οἰκίας Ψενεσέωτος καὶ ἀπηλιώτου οἰκία ἡ πρότερον Σενψενέμεως ἐφάνη ἀοίκητα ἐκ τῆς ἀναβάσεως περὶ τῆς πείρας περὶ τῆς εἰσροίας τῶν ὑδάτων ὑπέταξα
