βασιλεύοντος Πτολεμαίου τοῦ Πτολεμαίου Σωτῆρος ἔτους κθ ἐφʼ ἱερέως Ἀντιόχου τοῦ Κέββατοῦ ε Ἀλεξάν δρου καὶ θεῶν Ἀδελφῶν κανηφόρου Ἀρσινόης Φιλαδέλφου Δημονίκης τῆς Φίλωνος μηνὸς Παῦνι κδ ἐν Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει τῆι ὕπερθε Μέμφεως. ἔγγυος εἰς ἔκτισινἔκτεισιν Ὀξυρυγχίτου τεταρτονεικοστῆς τετραπόδων Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως ὥσπερ εξελαβεν συνετάξατο πρὸς σκέπην τοῦ τὴν τετάρτην καὶ εἰκοστὴν ἐγλαβόντος παρʼ Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ διοικητοῦ εἰς τὸ κθ ἔτος Πασωνιος τας λεοεε ἐπὶ πᾶσι τοῖς ὑπάρ χουσιν ἀναντιλέκτων δραχμῶν καὶ ἡ πρᾶξις πρὸς βασιλικά.
