παρέσχεν Ἀπολλῶ σιλιγνιάριος τῶν ἁγίων Κοσμᾶ καὶ Δαμιανοῦ κλ τῶν ἁγίων ὑπὲρ προσυνάξεωςπρωσυνάξεως ἡμέρας τῆς ἁγίας θεοτόκουτεοτόκου σίτου ἀρτάβης τρίτον δωδέκατον μόνον. ἐγράφη μηνὶ Παχων ἰνδικτίωνος γίνεται σίτου ἀρτάβης γ ιβ.Translations (1)
Apollo Silignarios of the holy Cosmas and Damian offered [for] the gathering [or] meeting on the day of the holy Theotokos, three-twelfths of an artaba of wheat only. It was written in the month of Pachon, in the indiction [year]. The amount becomes three-twelfths of an artaba of wheat.
