Τιθοητίων Ἀπολλωνίωι τῶι ἀδελφῶι χαίρειν. Ἀχιλλέα τὸν ἀναδιδόντα σοι τὴν ἐπι στολήν μου ταύτην ἐρωτῶ ἔχειν συν εσταμένον ἔχειν καὶ ἐν οἷς ἐάν σου δέ ηται σπουδάσαι αὐτῶι ὥστε αὐ τὸν παραγενόμενον ἀνθομο λογήσασθαί σου τῆι εἴς με σπου δῆι. ἔρρωσο Ἀπολλώνιε μετὰ τῆς ἀδελφῆς σου Ἀλινῆς. Ἀπολλωνίωι στρατηγῶι Ἑπτακωμίας.
