ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ Θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν, βασιλείας τοῦ εὐσεβεστάτου καὶ φιλανθρώπου ἡμῶν δεσπότου καὶ μεγίστου εὐεργέτου Φλαουίου Ἡρακλείου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος, ἔτους εἰκοστοῦ τετάρτου, Tῦβι τῆς ἑβδόμης ἰνδικτίονος, ἐν Ἀρσινόῃ. Αὐρήλιος Ἰωάννης υἱὸς Γεροντίου ἀπὸ ἐποικίου τοῦ Ἀρσινοΐτου νομοῦ, τῷ λαμπροτάτῳ Ζαχαρίᾳ διοικητῇ τοῦ αὐτοῦ μου κτήματος, υἱῷ τοῦ μακαρίου Ἀπφούα ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀρσινοειτῶν πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίᾳ γνώμῃ δίχα δόλου καὶ βίας καὶ ἀπάτης καὶ ἀνάγκης εἰληφέναι καὶ πεπληρῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς ὑμετέρας λαμπρότητος πάντα τὰ δοθέντα παρ’ ἐμοῦ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ἐν ᾧ ὑπεισῆλθεςὑπεισῆλθας τὴν διοίκησιν τοῦ αὐτοῦ κτήματος, εἰς πλῆρες καὶ εἰς ὁλόκληρον καὶ τοῦ λοιποῦ οὐδένα λόγον ἔχω οὐκ ἐγὼ οὐ κληρονόμοι μου οὐχοὐκ ἕτερός τις ἐκ προσώπου μου πρὸς τὸν αὐτὸν λαμπρότατον Ζαχάριαν ἢ πρὸς τοὺς διαδόχους περὶ ἑτέρας οἱασδήποτε αἰτίας ἤ τινος πράγματος ἐγγράφου ἢ ἀγράφου τὸ σύνολον καὶ πρὸς ὑμετέραν ἀσφάλειαν ταύτην πεποίημαι ὑμῖν τὴν ἀμεριμνίαν κυρίαν οὖσαν, καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
