ἔτους ιθ Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνείνου καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπτιμίου Γέτα ΒρεταννικῶνΒρεντανικῶν Μεγίστων Εὐσεβῶν Σεβαστῶν Παῧνι κζ Κάρπος Φασεῖτος καὶ ΝεμεσᾶςΝεμεσατός Κεφαλᾶτος καὶ μέτοχοι σιτολόγοι κώμης Φιλαδελφείας μεμετρήμεθα μέτρῳ δημοσίῳ ξυστῷ ἐπάετονἐπάαιτον εἰς Τεσενούφεως Νίκωνος Φιλαδελφείας δημοσίων πυροῦ ἀρτάβας ὀγδοήκοντα ὀκτὼ τέταρτον γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι πη δ, ὁμοίως καὶ τῇ κθ τοῦ αὐτοῦ μηνὸς ἄλλας πυροῦ ἀρτάβας εἴκοσι γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι κ, ὁμοίως καὶ τῇ α τοῦ Ἐπὶφ μηνὸς ἄλλας πυροῦ ἀρτάβας εἴκοσι δύο ἥμισυἥμισου ὄγδοον γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι κβ 𐅵 η. γίνονται ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ τοῦ συμβόλου πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι ρλ 𐅵 η.
