ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ φιλανθρώπου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν. βασιλείας τοῦ θειοτάτου καὶ εὐσεβεστάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Ἡρακλίου τοῦ αἰωνίου ΑὐγούστουἈγούστου καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους τῆς παρούσης ιε ἰνδικτίονος ἐν Λευκογίου κώμῃ Εκσβραει ὁμογνήσιοιὁμογνησιοις ἀδελφοὶἀδελφοις υἱοὶυἱοις τοῦ μακαρίου Ἰς ἀπὸ κώμης Λευκογίου τοῦ Ἡρακλεουπολίτου νομοῦ, τῷ εὐλαβεστάτῳ ἩρακλίδῃἩρακλίδην πρεσβυτέρῳ υἱῷ ΜαθθίουἈσσίας καὶ αὐτοῦ γενομένου πρεσβυτέρου ἀπὸ τοῦ αὐτοῦ κτήματος τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἐσχηκέναι ἡμᾶς παρὰ σοῦ διὰ χειρὸς ἡμῶν καὶ χρεωστεῖνχρεοστεῖν σοι χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια πεντήκοντα
