ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου Αὐγούστου τὸ ϛ καὶ Κωνσταντίου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ β Χοιὰκ ιϛ Αὐρηλία Ἀμμωνία ἡ καὶ Ζωὶς Ἕρμονος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως χρηματίζουσα τέκνων δικαίῳ τοῖς ἐμοῦ τέκνοις Αὐρηλίοις Παύλῳ καὶ Διονυσίῳ ἀμφοτέροις ἐκ παρτὸς τοῦ ἀπογενομένου μου συμβίου Ηρς χαίρειν. ἐπειδὴ σύσοί, ὁ Διονύσιος, ἐκ μακρόθεν ἀπὸ τῆς τελευτῆς τοῦ σοῦ πατρὸς παρέμεινάςπαρέμινάς μοι τῇ μητρὶ καὶ ἐργαζόμενος τὴν τῶν κναφικῶν τέχνην καὶ μὴ καταλείψαςκαταλίψας με τὴν μητέρα εὐχαρισ τῶν, ὁμολογῶ καταγεγραφέναι ὑμῖν ἀμφοτέροις τοῖς τέκνοις μου κοινῶς ἐξ ἴσου μέρους πάντα ὅσα κατεσκεύασα καὶ περιεποίησα ἀπὸ καμάτων ἐμῶν ἐργαλεῖα κναφικὰ καὶ ψηφεια καὶ τὰ ἄλλα τὰ ἀνή κοντα τῇδε τῇ τέχνῃ πρὸς τὸ αὐτὰ εἶναι ὑπʼ ἐμὲ ἐφʼ ὃν περίειμι χρόνον, μετὰ δὲ τὴν ἐμὴν τελευτὴν ὑμᾶς τοὺς δύο Παῦλον καὶ Διονύσιον αὐτῶν κυριεύειν σὺν ἐκγόνοις καὶ τοῖς παρʼ ὑμῶνἡμῶν μετα λημψομένοις καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἔχειν χρᾶσθαι καὶ διοικεῖν καὶ οἰκονομεῖν περὶ αὐτῶν ἀνεμποδίστως, τῆς κυριείαςκυρείας βεβαιώσεως ἐξακολουθού σης μοι πρὸς πᾶσαν βεβαίωσιν ἀπὸ παντὸς τοῦ ἐπελευσομένου καὶ ἐπερωτηθεῖσα ὡμολόγησα
