βασιλέως προστάξαντος τοῖς ἐνδημοῦσιν ἢ τοῖς λι ποῦσιν τὰς αὐτῶν οὐσίας τὰς πρὸς Ἀλεξανδρεί αι καὶ κατʼ Αἴγυπτον καὶ ταῖς τῶν ἐν στρατείαι ἢ στρατευομένων πάντων γυναιξὶν ἢ τοῖς γο νεῦσιν ἢ ἀδελφοῖς ἢ ἀδελφαῖς ἢ υἱοῖς ἢ θυγατρά σιν. ἀπογράφεσθαι πάντας τὰς οὐσίας, ἐν Ἀλεξαν δρείαι μὲν πρὸς τοὺς ἱερέας τοὺς περὶ τὴν πόλιν τὴν δωρεὰν ἔχοντας ἐν ἡμέραις , ἐν δὲ ταῖς λοιπαῖς πόλεσιν καὶ ἐν ταῖς κώμαις πρός τε τοὺς στρατηγοὺς τοὺς ἐν τοῖς νομοῖς ὑπὸ τοῦ βασιλέως καθεσταμένους ἢ τοὺς τούτων ὑπηρέ τας καὶ τὸν πραγματευόμενον τῶν τὴν δωρεὰν ἐχόντων ἐν τῶι ὡρισμένωι χρό νωι, τιμᾶσθαι δὲ ἑκαστα ἐκ τοῦ διαγράμματος, τα ἐν ἑκάστωι ἐνι αυτῶι, ὅσου ἄξιά ἐστιν τὰ προσφορὰ καὶ τάξασθαι τοῖς τὴν δωρεὰν ἔχουσιν κατὰ ταύτην τὴν ἀξίαν ἀπὸ τῆς μνᾶς δραχμὰς β. ἐὰν δὲ μὴ τὰς αὐτῶν οὐσίας ἀπο γράψωνται ἐν τῶι γεγραμμένωι χρόνωι, τοὺς μὲν ἐνδημοῦντας ἐν ἡμέραις μετὰ τὴν συντεταγμένην ἡμέραν πράξασθαι διπλοῦν καὶ τῆς ἀξίας ἀκύρους αὐτοῖς εἶναι τὰς ἀπογραφάς, τοὺς δὲ ἀποδημοῦντας τοὺς τῶν στρατευομένων ἁ πλοῦν τὴν τιμὴν τάξασθαι ὡς τάχιστα μετὰ τὴν γεγραμμένην ἡμέραν καὶ ἀπο γραψμενρ κυρίας αὐτοῖς εἶναι τὰς ἀπογραφάς. ἔτους ιθ Πανήμου
