Ἡροφῶν ειη γ ὅπως προσελθὼν διαλεγῆι τῶι Ἐξάκοντι καὶ ἐπ ς σοι παραδῶιπαραδοι μετα μετὰ φιλίας κα μαν παρʼ αὐτοῦ παῖδα πάλιν ἀνακεχωρηκέναι πρά γματα ἔχων ὅπως καταγάγω αὐτόν· οὐ γὰρ καὶ Αἰνησίδημον ἀξιώσω τοῦ μὴ ἀδικ καὶ εων ταῦτα ἐπιμελῶς καὶ δὸς τῶι τὰ γράμματά σοι κομίζοντι μα ψαι τὸν Ἐξάκοντα. ἣν δʼ ἂν γράφηις ἐπιστολήν σεις καὶ Νέστον ἰδών, ὅπως καὶ ἐκεῖνος γράψηι ὧν ἂν χρείανχρέαν ἔχηις· ποιήσομεν γάρ σοι προθύμως νηι χρείαν ἔχων Ἱππόνικος, φιλανθρωπης εἰς Φιλα δέλφειαν.
