βασιλείας τοῦ θειοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαυίου Ἰουστινιανοῦ τοῦ αἰωνίου αὐγούστου καὶ αὐτοκράτορος. ἔτους εἰκοστοῦ ἕκτου, μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Βασιλείου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους δωδεκάτου, Παχὼν καὶ δεκάτῃ ἀρξαμένης πρώτης ἰνδικτίονος.
