Ἀφροδίσιος Πτολεμέῳ χαίρειν. πᾶν ποίησον πωλῆσαι ἐξ ὧν ἔχειςἔχις μου σιταρίων ἐνιαυ τοῦ ἑνὸς καὶ ἀφεῖναιἀφῖναι ἐνιαυτὸν τοῖς δεκαπρώτοις. σὺ γὰρ οὐκ ἀφῆκάςἀφῖκές με πωλῆσαι αὐ τὰ ἔκτοτε λέγων ὅτι ἐγὼ αὐ τὰ θέλω. καὶ ἂνκὰν νῦν οὖν πώλησον αὐτὰ πρὸς δραχμὰς σ, οἶδας γὰρ ὅτι πόσα διδῶ ὑπὲρ αὑτῶν. ἵνα εὕρω ὑπα κοῦσαί σε. ἆρον δὲ καὶ Στρουθὸν με τʼ ἐσοῦ, καὶ διὰ ἀπορίαςἀπορείας ἐλαίας καλῆςκα τή- ρησον τὸ μέρος μου. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι.
