μηδένα κωλύοντα Θατρῆν μηδὲ τοὺς παρʼ αὐτῆς κυριεύονταςκυριεύοντος τοῦ αὐτοῦ παρακεχωρημ μένου, καὶ τὰ ἐξ αὐτῶν περιγινόμενα ἀποφερομένουςαποφερομενοις καὶ μεσιτεύονταςμεσιτεύοντες καὶ παραχω ροῦντας ἑτέροις καὶ διοικοῦντας, ὡς ἐὰν αἱρῆται καὶ μὴ ἐπιλεύσασθαι τρόπῳ μη δενί. ἐὰν δέ τι τούτων παραβῇ , προσαποτισάτω τό τε παραχωρητικὸνπαρχωρητικον κεφάλαιον ὃ εἴληφεν μεθ̓ ἡμιολίας καί εἰς τὸ δημόσιον τὰςτς ἴσας καὶ μηδὲν ἧσσον κυρίω ν μενόντων τῶν διωμολογημένων καὶ αι διὰ τῆς τῶν ἐγκτήσεωνἐνκτήσεων βιβλιοθήκης ρηνι ὁμολογῶ παρακεχωρηκέναι τῇ ομα Θατρῆτιατρητι ρο επις ἄρουρας ου
