ς Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ τῷ ἁγιωτάτῳ πατρὶ ἀββᾷ Σερή νῳ ἀρχιμανδρίτῃ τοῦ ἁγίου μοναστηρίου ἀββᾶ Ἀπολλῶτος ἐνορίἐνορείας κώμης Τιτκώεως τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ χαίρειν. ὅμολογῶ ἐσχηκέναι καὶ πεπληρῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς εὐλαβείαςεὐλαβίας τῆς πρὸς ἀλλήλους συμ πεφωνημένης τελείας καὶ ἀξίας τιμῆς οἴνου νέου μούστου κνιδίων τετρακοσίας πεν τήκοντα , γίνεται οἴνου κνίδια υν, ἅπερἅσπερ σοι ἀπο δώσω ἐν τῷ καιρῷ τρύγηςτρυγη τῷ Μεσορὴ μηνὶ καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς πεντεκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος ἐν οἴνῳ νέῳ καλλίστῳκαλίστῳ καὶ εὐαρέστῳ μέτρῳ ἐκ ξεστῶν τριῶν ἑκάστου κνιδίου σου παρέχοντος τά κοῦφα αὐτῶνἀφτῶν νέα. εἲ δὲ εὑρεθείη ἢ ὄξος ἢ ὀζόμενος ἢ ἀποίητος ἐκ τοῦ αὐτοῦ οἴνου ἕως τοῦ Φαμενὼθ τῆς αὐτῆς ἰνδικτίονος vestiges
